Understand Your Nights, Transform Your Days through Sleep Report™

Sleep Quality Score

The Sleep Quality Score evaluates your night by comparing your sleep performance against healthy sleep benchmarks, combining sleep-onset latency, total sleep duration, and night-time awakenings. The score is highly personalized, making it easy to track long-term trends and see which habits truly improve your sleep.

Sleep Onset Analysis

Sleep Onset Analysis reveals how quickly your brain transitions from wakefulness into sleep. By analyzing EEG frequency band changes in real time, it maps your wakefulness throughout this process, helping you uncover the factors that impact your sleep onset and how smoothly your brain enters rest each night.

Sleep Stages

The Sleep Stages module gives you a clear breakdown of the sleep cycle—NREM (N1, N2, and deep N3) and REM.

  • Wake: Similar to daytime wakefulness.
  • REM Sleep (Rapid Eye Movement): Begins about 90 minutes after falling asleep. Most dreaming occurs during this stage.
  • N1 (Transitional Sleep): The transition stage between wake and sleep.
  • N2 (Sustained Sleep): Moderately deep and accounts for the largest portion of total sleep.
  • N3 (Deep Sleep): The deepest stage for physical resotration.

Heart Rate & Blood Oxygen

The module monitors your heart rate and blood oxygen throughout the night. A consistently lower heart rate during deep sleep reflects restorative processes, while fluctuations during REM reveal active brain activity. Stability in SpO₂ levels also highlights potential breathing irregularities, giving you a comprehensive view of cardiopulmonary recovery during sleep.

Sleep Position

Sleep Position Tracking displays changes in your posture throughout the night, offering insights into comfort, breathing patterns, and potential sleep disruptions. Frequent position changes may indicate restlessness, while staying in one posture for too long may affect circulation. Understanding your sleep posture helps improve overall comfort and sleep health.
